In a word: yum! I’m going to try another Sourdough English Muffin recipe from the 1979 Better Homes and Gardens’ All-Time Favorite Bread Recipes book. There’s a rich section full of sourdough recipes (like last night’s coffee cake, my favorite sourdough pancakes and a delicious sandwich bread), that I’ve tweaked and modified over the last couple of months. I’ll share my modern renditions in future posts.
