Do what you love. Once you’ve freed up some time, be sure to spend that extra time doing things you love. Go back to your list of 4-5 important things. Do those, and nothing else.
This wonderful person came into my office and we got to talking about the joy of doing what you love. She’s in design and I’m in the wellness profession but we both connected on how important it is to love what you do. It was a lovely way to start September off in the best of directions!
